Organize Your Health Information.
Make sense of your health information by organizing it all in one place. The My Chronic Illness Binder is a workbook that helps you track symptoms, medical history, medications, test results, treatments, food reactions, allergic reactions, joint issues and appointments. By bringing everything together, you can see the bigger picture of what is going on with your health, recognize patterns, feel more prepared for appointments, and better advocate for your care.
When Your Health Feels Complicated,
Start With Clarity.
Keeping track of your symptoms, medical history, medications, test results, treatments, food reactions, and appointments can quickly become overwhelming. Especially when you've been searching for answers and still have unanswered health questions.

Our workbook includes 75+ pages of structured worksheets designed to help you collect and organize your health information in one place. By documenting what you're experiencing and tracking your health over time, you can begin to see patterns, identify information you may want to discuss with your healthcare team, and walk into medical appointments better prepared.

Whether you're experiencing symptoms associated with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), POTS, dysautonomia, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, fibromyalgia, or another chronic illness, having a clear record of your health can make it easier to communicate what you're experiencing and support more informed conversations with your healthcare team.

When I NeedED Answers,
I StartED With What I KnEw,
AND WHAT I WAS EXPERIENCING.
I created this workbook because I needed a better way to understand what was happening with my own health. I had so many different symptoms, appointments, tests, treatments, and questions spread across decades with no answers in sight. It was difficult to see how everything connected and remember it all when sitting in a doctor's office. I was completely overwhelmed, frustrated and feeling hopeless. I needed one place to document what I was experiencing, organize the important information, and look back at it over time to see if there were any patterns I was missing.
Just as importantly, I needed a better way to communicate what was happening to my doctors other than "I don't feel well, I can't eat certain foods, and I don't trust my body." When you're dealing with complex or unexplained symptoms, it can be difficult to explain years of health information during a short appointment. Doctors and health care teams often cut you off before you can give them the full picture because they are short on time, so you're working with incomplete information. Organizing everything helped me build a clearer picture of my health, ask better questions, and communicate what I was experiencing more clearly. I created this workbook to give others that same place to start.
